How to use and enjoy HPP

When to listen:
Each program has two sections except the money program which has three. Each section is about 25 minutes in length. It is not necessary to use any program more than once per day.

So, for a two section program, it would take four days to complete the program once. Then go back and start again, this time reversing the headphones so the stories are in different ears. This 8 day cycle should be repeated twice.

On day 17 start again, but this time listen every other day but follow the same listening sequence. In total that will be 32 days for a two section program. Then listen as needed for reinforcement and/or stress management.

The number of days will depend on the number of sections in a program which range from 2 to 8. Once you’ve begun listening and have a “feel” for the process, you can integrate another program. The entire series is tied together on a fundamental level that allows mixing and matching without losing any of the power of any one program.

How to Listen:
The HPP programs are structured to work on multiple levels. You have to be in a quiet environment with headphones and have 25 minutes of uninterrupted time. The programs will automatically guide you down into the state between waking and sleep, the hypnagogic state. It will feel like sleep since you will have drifted off and not be focused on the material. The programs will not be effective if you actually are asleep. Remember, the effectiveness of the technology is built around the auditory analogue of peripheral vision. In other words, you can process messages and suggestions outside of awareness while simultaneously being deeply relaxed managing your stress.
